The 1500 square foot studio offers Yoga, TRX-Yoga Fusion, and Core Power classes. The instructors at The Path Yoga guide class participants on their health path using Yoga as a regular part of every day.

I have not done yoga for about 10 years so I thought I would have a very hard time keeping up. The class was challenging but the clear instructions and easy modifications made it possible for me to keep up until the end. The workout was quite effective (didn’t realize you could be sore from doing yoga, but it makes sense now). I would highly recommend.

Loved the class and instructor. Atmosphere was relaxing. It didn’t matter if you were new to yoga or a pro you felt included.
