Lake Red Rock's reservoir landscape opens up to lush wetlands, green hills, and sun salutations on the water. Here, SUP Red Rock's stand up paddle boarders can strengthen their balance and work their core out on the lake, whether they're yoga veterans or new to the practice (and the board). Trained instructors help boarders flow through each pose, while traditional SUP paddle sessions launch across the lake in one hour, two hour, and half-day sessions. Whether paddle boarders are racing each other across the lake or perfecting their downward dog, SUP's instructors make sure they're well equipped with proper boards and safety gear.
