When I got there I was told that the girl that does the facials left, but that this other woman would do it. It was rough, rushed, left alone for most of the 40 minutes, music not put on until the last few minutes-and then not spa music, not relaxing at all, products made my face itch, unpleasant. Don’t recommend.
