Overall the set up was a bit cramped and they have drapes for privacy so there is no total silence. I had a 30-minute foot reflexology with hot stone treatment but feel that what was provided was just a plain foot massage with hot stones; and my therapist walked out the 'room' a couple of times and took several minutes to return.
