They were understaffed, so the service wasn't good. That happened both times we were there. We were told that a side of veggies did not come with our entree, even though it clearly stated on the menu that we should have gotten a side. (They did eventually bring us the side.) The food was pretty good, but there are other places with similar menus and better service and ambiance. I doubt we will go back.

Worst service ever, our server was so engrossed with a table of 4 women that we were totally ignored. We asked for water three times and silverware and napkins twice. Never came our way even though we were one of the two tables in the restaurant. Very unprofessional behavior. Never going back!

Service was very slow and forgetful. We had the platter which only came w/two skewers instead of the three listed in their menu on their website. Lamb was cooked perfectly, salad on platter was fresh, hummus w/platter was tasty. They forgot about our falafel appetizer and it came 7 minutes after dinner platters were served. Not very busy on Tues evening we went and yet service was suffering. Same menu for dinner as for lunch?? We'll try them for lunch.
