Not good. I paid for a trail ride and only got lessons where they were only with the children about 10 minutes

I specifically paid for a 30 minute trail ride. When I called to schedule she said she only does those Sat morning which I cant do and I told her that when I bought groupon it did not give any specific days we had to book, so she said we could come Sat at 4. I told her several times it is for the trail ride and 2 boys will be doing it. When we got there the lady spent about 10 minutes giving my boys "lessons" and then she left and helped other people that she booked. Then when we asked her about the trail ride we paid for, she said they boys werent ready to do that. She also yelled at the boys instead of teach them how to ride. She was not nice at all. She should make that clear on her website that she does not take beginners on trail rides. I will never go here again.

The lady who gave the kids a ride was great they had fun!!! The trail ride was just walking in a small circle!! I was a little put off by the person making the arrangements over the phone about how much there minimum tip suggestions was and how they only work for tips!! Other than that my 2 girls had fun and the instructor was awesome!!!
