I love her work on my hair! But the appointment took longer than expected.

I should have told her what an awful job she did so she could have learned from her mistakes. She needs to learn how to cut a simple angled bob. She also needs to learn how to properly cut and layer hair. She basically should take a refresher course. I'll never use Groupon again for styling services.
