About Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park

Inside Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park, a wall-to-wall half-pipe made entirely of trampolines gives children and adults a venue where they can safely hop, bounce, and somersault to their hearts' content. The vast, taut, springy flooring doesn't end at the walls, but instead the trampolines continue upward to form angles perfect for crawling up, springing off, or sliding down. Visitors can meander along the bounceable terrain in the open trampoline arena, throw themselves into giant foam pits, or sharpen their competitive edges in trampoline-assisted sports such as dodgeball or SkySlam. SkyRobics classes merge gravity-defying fun with fitness during instructor-led workouts that include calisthenics, core exercises, and strength-building aerobics to help guests shed calories without hurting their joints or taking a wrong turn on a treadmill.

Kids kept hitting other kids in the face with dodgeballs and people working there didnt care. Facility not clean, and the trampolines are very small.

Skyzone is under new ownership although the groupons say they are valid until 12/31 they are REFUSING customers to use them. Also they are now charging everyone $2 a pair of socks , and it's required... even parents that have to assist the toddler zone age . The place was so dirty the mats were disgusting, they hadn't looked like they been cleaned since the building opened. There were huge clumps of dust and dirt on the floor, drinks and food had been spilled and not cleaned up. The staff was so rude and argumentive about the groupon being invalid. They put a sign up in front of us saying "new ownership contact groupon for your refund" terrible business etiquette and poor customer service.

I didn't like that we had to buy socks this time. I think hat should be included in the groupon. I just don't like that kind of surprise. It was only two dollars a kid but like I said it just kinda took the excitement out of it and I get sick of getting nickle and dimed everywhere I go.
