The experience was as described. However, we called before buying the Groupon to ask if it'd be good for a 13-year old (we wondered if it'd be little kids). We were told they have plenty of older kids. Unfortunately, we get there & she's easily the oldest by several years. She felt very out of place. I just wished we'd been given honest information before purchasing.

My son always has a great time at Hero's. He loves art, so the painting classes are a nice addition to the bouncing. The facility is always clean and the food is good.
