Checking records and I do not see any voicemail or email to have responded to. We also allow text messaging to the same number that you called. The directions to activate the Groupons are indicated on the Groupon and I did not see your name come through that process either. We are just the middle man and activate group on's electronically I as soon as we receive them via email. Here is that info cathie@uncorktheartist.com
