Really great customer service, and knowledgeable personnel. Very creative, friendly and engaging shopping experience. I would visit Petaluma Sift often knowing that I'd get that attention to detail every time.
I think the owner was there too, I'm pretty sure I recognized her from Cupcake Wars forever ago.
