Had a $20 groupon that I paid $10. Placed 2 orders that in my estimate came up to just under $16 including tax. Said to order taker that I still had to add something more to get to my $20 & was told that was not the case, that my Groupon was now used up. As there was a line behind me, I didn't argue the point. I have never had this issue anywhere I have used a Groupon before & even though I work in Petersburg daily, due to poor customer service, I will never eat @ or recommend Saucy's.

I love the BBQ. I first tried Saucy's based upon the locals recommendations then I bought the Groupon. I highly recommend Saucy's to everyone. I have even gifted the BBQ. I will definitely return and I will/have recommended to others.
