3.5-Star Top-Secret Philadelphia Northeast Hotel, Trevose

Couldn’t go on this trip due to the coronavirus I attempted to cancel&get my money back. Called 45 mins after the 24 hour cancellation time frame. I explained my medical conditions& how we cannot come to that area with the outbreak. The hotel&Groupon refused to refund any of my money or offer anything since we could not go to this area due to the coronavirus outbreak. Not buying from Groupon again

If I could give this place ZERO stars I absolutely would. The room was littered with someone else’s hair in bed, the room hadn’t been dusted, and there were used coffee cups in the room. When I called to have the entire room re cleaned and the sheets changed the staff was argumentative & unapologetic I ultimately was given a new room which myself and family had to wait an hour in the lobby for!

The room was nice. The indoor pool was good and warm. The bar was also a plus the food was so good.

The cleanliness and friendliness was on point. I will definitely be booking at this hotel often. The money spent was very well worth it.
