What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
A-Team fit! provides multiple services including personal training, dance lessons, full nutritional coaching, and group fitness classes. Each individual is taught how to organize their life to better themselves and their health.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Teaching the clients that their workout can be fun is very important. My fitness class is more like a celebration! We have twinkle lights, loud music, and dancing. The time flies by, and they are getting fit without realizing it!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As a professionally trained dancer I was always aware of my body and keeping it healthy. My first client was my mother! I helped her with strength training and nutrition, and she lost over 30 lbs. She was so happy, and I was forever changed. I have a deep passion for positively changing lives.

What do you love most about your job?
I love making people feel comfortable in their own skin, and realizing they CAN do it!
