Amerikick's kickboxing class was the best! I loved that it was women only, and provided strength, cardio, and one of the best workouts I've ever had. Definitely worth it!

Would not recommend blackwood location. Kickboxing instructor is very nice but the guy is very rude in person and on the phone.
