What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Warm up focused on anatomically sound movement progresses into locomotive phrases, dynamic choreography, turns, jumps, and more! No previous dance experience is necessary – class is designed for Beginner Adult students but all are encouraged to attend.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Dress in layers. Wear comfortable and form fitting clothes! Put on your favorite leggings, sweatpants, t-shirt, and track jacket. Leg warmers and socks optional ;-)

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I thrive on making meaning and building community via dance education and performance.

What do you love most about your job?
I love changing lives through movement!
