They scheduled service for3-23 called to confirm the day before and never showed up.
They have not returned my calls

Worst customer service. Had scheduled the appointment twice and none showed up for cleaning service. Please do not purchase this as it is a nightmare reaching out to them.
They don’t return calls even after multiple calls and messages. Worst experience ever.
I will not buy this again.

paid for 4 hours of cleaning, came home at 3 hrs and 15 mins the gal was gone and didn't call to let me know. My soap dispenser in the bathroom is gone, they mirror looks like it was cleaned with a dirty rag the stove top was left wiped but not cleaned. My dishes sponge was used to clean my kitchen, I thought supplies were brought with the cleaner? I texted the owner and she "i will give you a call shortly", that was 5 hours ago. My guess is she didn't care for my business.
