About Brodo

The cooks at Brodo quell rumbling stomachs with fresh soups, sandwiches, and salads made with gourmet ingredients. Patrons choose from at least 10 soups daily—from Mexican meatball soup to Maine lobster bisque—which cooks top with garnishes to each diners’ taste. Sandwiches, baked on sourdough bread, wheatberry, and seeded italian rolls, brim with ingredients such as oven-roasted ham, jumbo lump crab cake, and avocado.

Tasty soup Lousy advertising of hours of operation. Not on door or window. I tried to visit there for weeks before finally leaving work early and arriving just before they closed at 2:30 pm!!

A cup of soup is 8 oz. not 6. the portions for sandwiches were small and i would not pay full price for them. Food very average.

Brodo is my favorite quick lunch spot - I have not tried anything there that I did not like. You can tell that they use fresh ingredients in their foods, unlike some of their competitors that make me question what I am eating. Keep up the good work Brodo!
