If I can give 0 stars I would. Horrible job done I had to go somewhere else to save my brows after this appt. I then voiced my concern and was basically blamed for her mistakes. There was no typical healing from microblading and my brows were so light they couldn’t even be seen. They looked NOTHING like I asked for. DO NOT GO HERE FOR MICROBLADING. hi Kelly, happy Monday. at Sirène ink we do our best to service our individual clients and it is very unfortunate that we were unable to satisfy you. The service you signed up for was for microblading only, the photo you have are for Microshading which gives a different appearance. microblading is for the appearance of hair only. I did provide this expectation before the appointment. Sirène ink allows the client to have the final say regarding color & shaping and we do not move forward with service unless we have a 100% yes from the client. I agree that the final color chosen healed very light on your face compared to your previous completed permanent makeup (completed elsewhere) and a darker color would be better for long term. As customer service is extremely important here, due to the failure in color retention over your previous work, i offered multiple options including a free upgrade to Microshading to provide you the appearance on the photo you are comparing my work to. All options were declined and you confirm without a refund that I would receive a negative review. Again as previously advised, all artist work will look and heal differently; my real work is posted on my Groupon page to set realistic expectations. It is unfortunate we could not reach as a resolution but I hope you find the artist for you.

She was very informative, professional and considerate. I was very nervous because I never had any microshading or tattoo. She made me feel very comfortable and make sure I'm happy with the shape she map out before she go through with the work. Everyone and I like the shape so far. It has been a week now and it is healing so I just have to wait to see the outcome while it heal in a week.

Different address than the groupon provided.
Went to the window glass factory instead,that's what the merchant suggest to come.
I didn't get any treatment and asked for refund or exchange but Groupon nor the merchant won't refund my money.

Hi! thank you for leaving your honest feedback. I’m sorry you’re not happy with your brows as I take the quality of my work very seriously. I apologize if I didn’t advise you, however, With semi permanent makeup, we are only allowed to cut through one layer of skin vs tattoos, that goes through 7 layers of skin. After the initial point of service, the work does fade 40-60% depending on one’s skin type; which is why Following the aftercare instructions and returning for the Revamp Session is so strongly recommended. During the Revamp Session, I’ll go over the original strokes to lock in your color and at that point it lasts 18-24 months.
