I absolutely loved Carolyn at Face to Faces. She was warm and friendly and very professional. It was my first experience with getting lash extensions. Carolyn explained the process and answered all my questions. I am very happy with the results and plan on going back. I highly recommend Carolyn. I am sure if you visit Carolyn for any of the treatments she offers you will be pleased.

Space was tricky to find. No booking system that sends confirmations. She forgot our appointment or claimed she booked the appointment on the wrong day..waited 30 minutes for her to arrive. Told us the procedure would take 15-20 minutes...50 minutes later (and completing another customer’s service in front of ours!) she finished. Had to listen to her make ignorant LGBT-insensitive remarks..

1st of all you kept on changing your appointment you tell me one day then you tell me another day so its not my fault I was at another location when you wasn't even schedule . I came to that location to help you and your daughter out when you wasn't schedule And that's why I was late. so that other stuff you saying is Fake news Tell the truth and the whole truth.
