The experience was upsetting. No one knew what they were doing behind the counter. The cashier took our orider for sandwiches,she didn't ask what if anything we wanted on our sandwiche's. We went home with a dry hoagie with no onions. The other sandwich had nothing on it. It is costomery to ask new customer how they would like it. The whitish was far too smoky tasting.
