Our service was great. The inspection was done well. The technician explained how the unit works and how to keep it up and running. Very thorough job.

I had no trouble at all redeeming this Groupon and getting an appointment for the relevant service. The company called to confirm the appointment the day before. The service person called me to say exactly when he would be there, and he was on time. He completed the service quickly and explained what he had done, and was completely professional and polite. I will keep Global Services in mind the next time I need my furnace serviced or something like that.

The young man who serviced our dryer vent was very courteous and very clean. He took care of our problem... So now we have a clean vent... unfortunately our dryer still gets hot on the top. We now know we need a new dryer as it is 16 years old.. but at least we have a clean vent for our new dryer.

They don't give a tune up. They just give a inspection. Don't waste your money like I did. False advertisement
