It is really relaxing. However, the water is tepid which isn't what I expected. Also, if you have an anxiety disorder you may find it difficult to let go of your racing thoughts but if you meditate it is an excellent time to practice.

The employees were super nice, and the atmosphere was perfect. Bonus is all the nice hair care products and lotions in the bathroom for after!

The host was very pleasant and the facility was clean; however, I was not prepared for salt burn. My skin burned as a result of this process which means I obviously missed the fine print disclaimer. The host did not verbally inform me that salt burn might result from this treatment. Do your homework people.
