Did you actually place the order as voucher redemption instructions? You have not place the order yet so obviously you have not received it. Please read the instruction and place order before giving negative review. The instructions are very clear.

Unacceptable to deliver a fresh fruit product at 3:30 to an office that closes 4:30. Additionally , merchant never returned a call back. Will not use this merchant again.

Thanks for your comment. We welcome constructive criticism from our valued customers. We will improve our delivery schedule. This mishap was however due to holiday rush. We try to use optimum route for speedy delivery and to make sure that business deliveries gets done on time. However some uncontrollable circumstances it was delayed. It was still delivered an hour before office was due to close. As for not returning your call, right after we spoke, you were also going to check and right after we finished talking to you, delivery driver confirmed delivery. So we assume that you will get confirmation from recipient. The phone was ringing off the hook so we did not had a chance to call you back.
