1st time using the service and was highly pleased. Had the exterior of my vehichle detailed. The owner takes the time to asess your vehicle to make sure the outcome is a most professional finish. He also takes the time for you to understand what needs to be done to achieve that professional finish Will use this service again and recommend to others.

Note: The Groupon price is just the Starter price - I was upsold claying and machine waxing but worth every penny and still a great deal. The car's finish is smooth as satin and the windows sparkle. Can't wait for it to rain! Claying by hand - old school way!

I needed my car detailed because I stupidly made scratches on my hood trying to remove bird poop. He told me up front that they might not be able to remove all of the scratches. You can barely see them now. I am probably the only who will know that anything is there. He also told me how to clean the car the next time a bird happens to do this again. He also recommended taking my black car to a brushless car wash so everything he did to my car is not ruined. This was a costly mistake on my part and a lesson learned, but the car looks brand new.
