The visit started off well, but quickly realized she was more of a salepersin than a healer. I fully paid for my visit via Groupon only to realize a month later that she charged my insurance $450 for a future appointment that I never made. I contacted her and her response was that my first appointment was not paid and that she didn't have the voucher code! Totally tried to get double paid...

I highly recommend Melanie. She took over an hour getting my background then the acupuncture took place. I found her very thorough. She even followed up and called me the next day.

I purchased a 3 visit package deal, she honored the first visit. However, the following 2 visits she didn’t answer her phone knowing you needed a code to get in the front door. Then had the audacity to tell me I used all my visits. I was appalled she’s a crook, the first visit she kept trying to get my insurance information to charge my insurance for future visits.

1st experience is excellent (bought 3 sessions) Melanie is caring and professional, she took time to listen and understand my issues/concerns and provided fantastic suggestions/feedback on the how we proceed going forward. I felt safe, the office was clean and sanitary , and I look forward to working with her towards my healing. forward.
