Be more thoughtful about the food. The sandwiches we got were impossible to eat without a fork and knife because the bread wasn't hearty enough to hold the contents. Yet you serve it in one of those baskets that makes it hard to eat with utensils. Plus, it wasn't served with utensils, I had to ask for them.
