Great group of supporting women. The facility was well cleaned and the equipment was clean and easily accessible for class. The instructors were helpful as they corrected my form and offered times of things to eat after a workout. I love they had protein drinks as well as fitness apparel for sale.

Loving the classes so far. I’m always looking forward to my next class. I even took a 545AM class and I really enjoyed it. I have never been a morning gym person but I love the energy of next level. I highly recommend.
