I would give it zero stars if possible, especially since I have been unable to get the service I paid for. I tried to schedule an appointment several times but have been unable to. The owner is very unprofessional and impossible to reach! He preferred to communicate via text messages and the last few times I tried reaching out he just kept blowing me off and ignoring me. Even after I sent him screenshots of my texts he supposedly never got. I have been trying to fight this with Groupon for weeks with terrible customer service support. Overall terrible experience.

I had terrible knots in my neck and shoulders. I tried other massage places and didn't get much (if any) relief. Bill was able to DRAMATICALLY reduce the knots and tightness in my upper back and, unlike other massages I've had, didn't make me want to scream in pain. I already have my next appointment booked with him.
