Was real rude, and kept screaming to open my legs when the wax was clearly steaming hot and it was painful

the site claims to open at 11, i showed up and no one got there until 1120. the young lady didn't use powder on my skin (i'm black) and left wax on my skin which took a lot of scrubbing to remove, this is after asking for aloe. the wax was decent but she did leave some hairs on my brazilian. i got it though groupon so it was discounted

I usually give them a 5 but today I felt rushed because it was only 1 person there doing eyebrows and wax’s I been coming here for years always had a good experience today wasn’t that great
