I can't say enough positive things about the people at Studio Teknik. I had to reschedule my appointment no fewer than 3 times, and each time, Alex was as pleasant as could be and very accommodating. When I had my appointment (for a Pravana smoothing treatment), Jamar (spelling?) was very good about explaining the treatment, what to expect and how to maintain the best results. After the treatment my hair looked great -- smooth and shiny -- but felt sticky. Jamar had told me there would be residue, and there was. However, I washed it the next day with the Pravana shampoo (pricey, but sulfate- and sodium free), and when I blow-dried it, the smoothing effect was noticeable. I highly recommend this place!
