The eatery makes classic flavors too, like rye-swirl and everything, spreading them with an assortment of hand-crafted spreads such as cheddar-horseradish or honey-walnut. And, as any right-minded bagel shop does, it stuffs its namesake goods with everything from lox to corned beef and sauerkraut for hearty sandwiches that diners pair with hot or iced coffee and tea.
