The things I appreciate about this facility are that it has never been overcrowded, there are plenty of equipment options (TRX, cardio machines, resistance machines, free weights, classes, and more), the owners are always on the premises, and the women's locker room amenities are always clean and private and include a sauna! I can't speak to the quality of the classes, as I have not taken any, however. I also feel very good about supporting local business owners.
On the negative end, the weight machines are rather worn and the tape around the pads is a bit scratchy when it comes in contact with my skin. Also, one must note that unless they get there between 6-9 in the morning or after six at night, the only parking is meter parking which costs 25 cents per half hour.
Overall, I have been enjoying this small business as it suits my needs and is run by honest business people who seem to care about their clients.
