Booked 2 massages all the way back in July for my partner and I. We're from out of town and were celebrating our anniversary in AZ. I had purchased one ticket and quickly realized that I should have contacted the business first to confirm opening hours before I purchase the other one. Went ahead and contacted the owner, I requested the date 07/10/2023 and she informed me that she does not open on Mondays but would be able to accommodate us. I even budgeted for a considerable tip. I thanked her, went ahead and bought the 2nd Groupon and sent her both as confirmation. Come July 10, went to the business, it was closed. Called several times, no one answered. We had to leave so I just thought I'd file a chargeback with my bank to get a refund. Waited 3 months, bank couldn't give me a refund because of the 3rd party company (Groupon) and said I'd need to request the refund from Groupon. Contacted GP and was told I need a confirmation letter from the merchant to receive the refund. Contacted the owner, who was responsive up until I sent her my email to send me the confirmation. Tried calling, left voicemail and no response, so I'm at a limbo. I just want a refund. I didn't want to leave a bad review because I know they can hurt businesses but I believe I was blocked.

This groupon was gifted to me by my husband. 100% the best massage I’ve had in my intire life. Will be returning on a regular basis. The pressure was perfect and the level of relaxation I reached was amazing. I walked out feeling like a happy noodle.
