I initially went to the location on Thomas Rd. but they didn't offer the test I was looking for. They suggested I went to the location in Scottsdale. The technician at Thomas Rd called to let them know I was on my way as they were closing in 30 minutes. I arrived 1 minute past the closing time and the lady there refused to help me. I told her we called earlier and she knew I was on my way, she replied she told the other technician to tell me not to come. I was feeling really sick and I really needed the test to be taken, so after insisting she did agreed to do it, but she had to charge me $10 extra because it was overtime for her. Although not
