First of all, my spider veins are minor. Friends and family have told me they received treatment at other "med spa" type places and the results were amazing, instantaneous and permament with one visit. AZ Vein Specialists told me right off the bat "you'll definately need more than one treatment". Red flag right there - sales pitch ensued. Proceeded to treat one leg as service described then "convinced" me to purchase special hosiery at the low price of $55 to ensure best results. I followed post-treatment instructions to the letter and to date, 3 weeks after treatment, there is NO difference in appearance of my spider veins. EXTREMELY disappointed and angry. Complete waste of my time AND of course the $$$. Groupon, do NOT offer "deals" from this provider again.
