We love coming to work every day working with our favorite type of client... the four legged kind!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We were asked to "make their dog look fun"... so we gave him a pink mohawk!

Groomer was insensitive to the fact that my dog had a number of moles, which I asked her to be careful of. When I picked up my dog he was bleeding on his mole sites because of the groomers use of a blade that was too close to his skin, which tore off his moles and for the next 3 weeks he bled on these sites which I had to treat with peroxide. Not fun for the pooch.

Worst grooming my dog has ever had. Discussed the cut and was not followed at all. Didn't call to perhaps discuss. Also charged $20. extra where it never implied that on Groupon. Do not use this place if you care about your dog's grooming.
