A lot has changed since the first Brothers Pizza opened in Houston, Texas in 1980, but the most important things have stayed the same. The company is still family-owned and operated, and cooks at each location still craft their New York-style pizzas the old-fashioned way: with homemade sauce and fresh, never-frozen ingredients. Besides the signature thin-crust pies, the eatery also whips up hearty eats like wings, chicken parmesan, manicotti, submarine sandwiches, and calzones, and gives diners the option to end their meal with a sweet slice of New York-style cheesecake.
