Spark CrossFit, Phoenix

I purchased the 6 week groupon because I was going to be spending 2 months in Phoenix, and it was well worth it considering most crossfit gyms are $150 to $200 per month! Spark is one of the CF gyms with the most times for classes available (that I found) in Phoenix, including a noon class, which worked out great for me! The instructors are good with giving feedback, and the owners Erin & Will are often present, super friendly, and participate in the classes with you. The gym is very clean with newer equipment in good working order, which is a plus as well, of course. This was my home "box" while I was temporarily living in Phx, and I'm going to miss it!

Had a great time at the 7 am class this morning, it was a small class and we had lots of personal attention from the coach. It was a challenging workout that was easily scaled for different athletes’ abilities. The facilities are spacious and well set-up, and it seemed to be an inclusive space for women and folks with kids. Can’t wait to go again later this week!
