She has earned certifications in prenatal and perinatal massage, and specializes in alleviating rotator cuff and lower back injuries. When not at the massage table, Tammy uses her skills as a certified Birth Doula and personal trainer with a focus in perinatal fitness, both of which encompass her passion to help families bond.
