About Di Luxe Polish Lounge

High above the floor, sinking into a white expanse of cushions and pillows, it's easy for Di Luxe Polish Lounge pedicure recipients to feel like they're floating on clouds. The nail spa swaddles guests in a sumptuous atmosphere, juxtaposing a modern white color palette and contemporary architecture against cozy textiles. Di Luxe's sophisticated decadence informs not just its ambience, but its mani-pedi results, too. Fingers and toes end up wearing marble patterns, gems, and an array of brand-name pigments, applied by meticulous techs who give equal attention to beauty and relaxation. An abbreviated menu of facials and threading services, meanwhile, keeps complexions as glowy as nails. It's no surprise Di Luxe is a favorite destination for private spa parties, which birthday celebrants and bachelorettes are welcome to accent with a charcuterie platter or set of matching robes.

I purchase the coupon. Every time I tried to call to book an appointment it was packed or they won't even answer the phone. Needless to say I wasted my money on a deal that was never even honored.

There is a reason it is an upper-end salon with an average review. The GOOD: The salon itself is pretty, clean and cozy. The nail techs were always kind to me. The experience was relaxing both times. The BAD: The quality of the manicures and the pricing. Both times my nails chipped within a day. This should not happen. Compare that with a place like Sun Drops Nail Spot where my manicures last a literal week without chipping. Gel polish is a $20 upcharge. Ridiculous. Overpriced for the quality. The UGLY: The management is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I was gifted a 3-pass Groupon and it was miscommunication after miscommunication. My boyfriend tried to book an appointment for me but wasn't informed of their cancellation policy. The expiration date passed and after a conversation, they were forgiving. I was thrilled. I booked my second appointment, they got the date wrong and marked me as a no show. The manager tried to blame me and I had to screenshot the text to show her that the mistake was made on her end. I tried to book my third appointment a week ahead of time. First, I was told that I didn't have three Groupons, but two. I quickly proved that to be false. Then I was told they were going back on their word to honor my Groupon. I attempted again to book a week out from a selected date, and again it took a week for the manager to even get back to me. I accepted that I would get the value of the Groupon and then was told I had to pay full price--an additional $47 when I knew they are running a "special" at $49 (which is not even a special because they run it all the time). Then I asked for just a pedicure since the Groupon would cover it and the manager told me I must buy a full price mani/pedi as that was what the original Groupon was for. I contacted Groupon. The manager was wrong. Groupon terms of service states that the promotional value of the Groupon NEVER expires and is good towards ANY product or service. So this manager was so desperate to squeeze me for extra money that she was making up her own rules and stipulations, violating the contract that her business entered with Groupon. I contacted Groupon and was promptly refunded and confirmed all this information with them. Groupon is a wonderful business with excellent customer service, and I am lucky that my purchase was honored and protected by them. I would not recommend purchasing this especially because booking appointments and redeeming the Groupon is a nightmare. Especially since the merchant does not abide by the terms and conditions.

Amazing service with Darita. Salon was clean, quiet and she was a true pro! Even fixed my nail, no questions asked, when I scratched it accidentally on my way out the door. Truly a relaxing and pleasant experience. Nails look perfect.
