If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the b6/b12 shots that you can self administer. They shipped it to me & I spent $199 on it. I was using 1 shot per week as recommended by them. I just now notice its expiring way before I even get a chance to use them all. I emailed them in hopes that they would try to make it right. Lanya was horrible & took no ownership of this & said I still got a good deal
