They didn't have my filter, despite me telling them make and model in advance, and I had to wait a lifetime while they sent someone to an autoparts store.....would NEVER do it again!

Fletcher's is no more. Taken over by Firestone. So when I took my expired groupon there, they did not want to accept it. (i had 32.00 credit) after speaking to the mgr they agreed to honor it twice for 16.00 each. So I give Firestone a 5.
