Hi Brandi, As discussed on the phone, we never received an email from you regarding cancelling your membership. The only way we know if somebody wishes to cancel their membership is if they email us. It is stated on each Groupon voucher that this membership will automatically renew, and again when signing up on our website to redeem your Groupon voucher. We also communicate through at least one (but usually two) emails to Groupon users which specifies their renewal date and that they can cancel at any time by emailing us before their renewal date. We have put these 3-4 notifications in place to make sure we are informing people in advance, so I appreciate you helping us to inform people that yes, this is an automatically renewing membership, which may be cancelled without penalty before any renewal date by emailing us at contact@getflipnfit.com. Hi Angie. Although this membership does automatically renew, each member is notified of this during the sign up process and it must be acknowledged before continuing with the activation of your membership. You also received an email upon activating your membership informing you of the date your membership would renew, and that you could cancel any time before that date simply by emailing us. I am sorry if you missed both of these notifications causing you to not enjoy your experience.
