I originally purchased a 3-room carpet cleaning and informed the technician at the time of scheduling that I was open to an additional charge for cleaning my area rug. However, when he arrived, I only had him clean one room — specifically the area around the rug — and he attempted to charge me $75 just for the rug alone. That’s more than double what I paid for the entire 3-room package. I told him I wasn’t comfortable with that price, especially since previous quotes I received were much more reasonable. He asked what I was willing to pay, and I said no more than $50. He agreed to that. Unfortunately, after he left, I inspected the rug and it was clear very little effort was put into actually cleaning it. It looks poorly done and now I’ll need to hire another company to redo the job properly. Very disappointed and I do not recommend this company.

They were honest and fast.

Very difficult to schedule with. After playing phone tag, we made an appointment. Then they rescheduled it the day before coming. The morning of the appointment, they cancelled, citing hose issues. They said they would contact me to reschedule, which they did not. I reached back out a week or so later, got back on the books. This time they came, and were very nice. In and out in 20 min or so. Be aware - I bought the 2 couch deal thinking it could cover my couch and 2 chairs. But it is based on pieces of furniture - so had to pay $55 for the 3rd chair.

I like they show up, they send a reminder and let you know they're on their way, too. Also all business-in and out!
