Salt shakers on table greasy. No bathroom for customers. Pasta sauce was bland, like from bottle. Pasta side & side salad were large portions.

Its a very small fast foor type place not a restaurant. Food was good but its not cooked to order it was probably frozen and heated up. Either way it was not bad.

The salt and pepper shakers were so filthy and greasy it was disgusting. Go much easier on seasoning on fries. I probably will be back for the food though. Hope the kitchen is not a filthy as S&P on table. Really made me have doubts .

I would not recommend the Italian Spoon to anyone. First, I tried to redeem my Groupon on July 26, 2013, due to the fact that I was back East for a family death and this was the first chance I had to do so. The young man at the front desk told me that I couldn't redeem it (He said this after talking to someone in the back) because it exipired on July 26, 2013. After I spent considerable time explaining that the Groupon was still good until their closing time on the 26th, he said I could use it. Second, I ordered the fish and chips for takeout. I did not like the fish and chips at all and threw the food out. I will most certainly not return there even though it is close to where I live and would not recommend it to anyone.

Little attention paid to cleanliness, the salt shaker was covered in some disgusting mess and the vinegar dispenser looked gross too. All of our food items seemed like reheated Costco purchases. The "basil" on my caprese was a sprinkling of dry green herb. The meatballs on the sub were small and completely overwhelmed by the sandwich roll. The mozzarella sticks were okay, not good. The ranch dressing seemed like some cheap "off brand" variety that was "ranch-like". Nothing at all to recommend the place, and we won't be back.
