Rachel is an Artist! My lashes were complimented over and over again. I went for the "fill" 3 weeks later and they were even MORE gorgeous! I'm a VERY senior citizen--almost 80 for this kind of beauty treatment. A 95-year-old friend of mine asked for Rachel's number....how about that?
