The venue was nice and once we got everything figured out, it was enjoyable. But, the process of redeeming the groupon was very frustrating and lost some of the value. The timed 2 hrs worth of game started as soon as the cashier redeemed the deal, not when we started playing. And, we still had to get our food vouchers, and wait for food/drinks and lost a lot of time figuring it all out. Because you were not given vouchers. You had to buy the food first, then bring the receipt back to get refunded. And then they did not give me an itemized receipt so she had to go figure that all out... wasting tons of the time we paid for! And on top of all that, the voucher did not cover alcohol so we were hard pressed to find something that we even wanted! Very badly organized process that you wonder if they do on purpose so that you get less time to bowl...

This is an amazing bowling alley. Very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend this place.
