Groomer was very friendly and helpful. Smell of urine and chemical smell 2 cover it up was so strong,however, that I felt nauseated. I Would have trouble going back for this reason.

I was very disappointed. My dog was there for his 9 am appt until 5 pm. I called at 3 to see what was going on and they were just starting to groom him. When I dropped him off, they said it was a very busy day, but knowing this they could have set his appt for later in the day instead of holding him there all day. I felt like he had to wait since we used a group on.
