The dish fits right in with the rest of Over Easy's menu, which features updated classics such as a country benedict on a cheddar-jalapeno biscuit and the Wolfpack, a "sandwich" with eggs, bacon, and cheese between two layers of hash browns. There are health-conscious dishes as well, including egg-white omelets and housemade protein bars that help diners feel full without swallowing a microwaved marshmallow.
